It is a fully researched, day-by-day travel plan built specifically for your trip. Every restaurant, experience, activity, neighborhood, and transit recommendation is chosen based on your destination, travel style, dietary needs, budget, and what you want to get out of your time there. Nothing is copy-pasted from a template. Every itinerary is built from scratch.
Every itinerary includes a polished day-by-day, hour-by-hour travel document with details about every restaurant and experience; ordering guidance and reservation notes for each dining stop; a custom Google Map with every location pinned and organized by day; transit and transportation guidance; must-know cultural context, language tips, and app recommendations; and additional stops to consider if you have extra time. One round of revisions is included in every package.
Google and travel blogs give you lists. They do not route your days, vet restaurants for hidden animal products, account for neighborhood logistics, or know that the place you found on Instagram closed six months ago. A custom itinerary takes everything you told me about how you travel and builds a plan around it. I am your vegan travel guide, and every moment of your trip is researched and strategic.
Booking hotels and select experiences is offered at no additional charge for clients who want it. Restaurant reservations are noted in your itinerary with guidance on when and how to book. Flights are typically not included in this service.
Multi-city and multi-country itineraries are absolutely available. Pricing is custom quoted based on the scope of the trip. If you are planning something more complex, just mention it in your form and it will be accounted for.
After we decide to move forward, I will send you a comprehensive intake form that dives deep into what you want from your experience. The form takes about 30 minutes if you take your time and give thorough answers. The more detail you provide, the better I can design your itinerary.
Pricing starts at $299 for a two-night, single-destination itinerary. Everything beyond that is custom quoted based on the length of your trip, number of destinations, and complexity of what you are asking for. You will always know the total before committing to anything.
A weekend in one city is a very different scope of work from three weeks across four countries. Flat-rate pricing would either overcharge people with simple trips or undervalue complex ones. Custom pricing means you pay for what your trip requires.
After you submit your intake form, your trip details are reviewed and a confirmed quote is sent within 48 hours. If you want to move forward, 50% of the total is due to begin work. The remaining balance is due before your final itinerary is delivered.
If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If your completed itinerary has been delivered, the full payment is non-refundable.
I always recommend travel insurance to cover your trip. If you need to cancel, the itinerary is yours to keep. If your trip dates change, we will work together to make sure those changes are taken care of.
If you need help with hotels and experiences, at least two months out is recommended depending on the time of year. If you have your accommodation sorted, at least one month out to ensure I am available. I only accept a certain amount of clients each month, so the sooner we connect, the more flexibility I have for planning. One month in advance at least is recommended. Anything less than that, there is a rush fee.
It varies depending on your travel dates and when we start working together, as well as the intricacies of your trip. It can be as quick as 3 - 5 business days.
After your initial application, you will receive a proposal based on the information you provided and a scope of work within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. To move forward, the deposit will need to be submitted and a date of delivery agreed upon.
One full round of revisions is included in every package. That means you can request adjustments, swap restaurants, change the pace of a day, or ask for alternatives after you review your plan. Major reworks beyond that scope may carry an additional fee.
Small adjustments and tweaks are covered in the included revision round. If you want to significantly change the direction of the trip, a destination, or the structure of multiple days, that is a larger scope of work and will be quoted accordingly.
Rush requests can sometimes be accommodated depending on current capacity. Reach out directly at [email protected] and the situation will be assessed. Rush delivery carries an additional fee.
You will receive a spreadsheet with a timeline for each day via Google Drive, and a link to your final itinerary which you can also download. In addition, your itinerary is also available on the Fora app, which is the advising agency I work with.
The itinerary includes clear guidance on which restaurants require reservations, how far in advance to book, and how to do it. Booking is noted as a task for you to handle, though reservation assistance is available for clients who also book hotels through me when possible.
Very. Each day is organized by time with specific stops, how long to spend there, how to get between them, and what to know before you go. The goal is that you could hand your itinerary to someone who has never been to the destination and they could follow it without confusion.
Hotel recommendations can be included in your itinerary and booking assistance is offered at no additional charge. In addition, certain activities can also be handled for you if available. If you already have accommodation sorted, I am able to take over your reservation to see if there are any perks available for you and ensure you receive those.
No. I am able to design travel for anyone. I hold multiple travel expertise -- vegan lifestyle, plant-based dining, responsible tourism with a focus on animal experience, and safari. I can work with anyone looking to travel more ethically.
Any dietary (or other) restrictions must be noted in your application to ensure the destination is a fit for you. If disclosure happens after that, you will not receive a refund should the destination not be workable.
Every trip is designed so everyone at the table eats well. The restaurants chosen are places where the food is excellent for everyone, not just the strictest eater in the group.
That is exactly why this service exists. Some destinations require significantly more research and creativity than others. Nowhere is off limits. If it is somewhere particularly challenging, that will be communicated upfront and the plan will account for it honestly, including grocery options, self-catering strategies, and how to communicate your needs locally.
Yes, I do. I ask about broth, sauces, and ingredients. I do not ask about shared fryers if you note you are ok with eating at vegan-friendly restaurants. Restaurants are chosen with that level of knowledge, and ordering guidance helps you navigate anything that needs clarification at the table.
Because partners may change, I always recommend carrying your own toiletries. In regards to design, I aim to work within your budget and lifestyle to find a property that is sustainable and fit your needs. However, at times there may be leather or other animal byproducts, food, etc. unless the property is fully-vegan.
Trips are planned to destinations domestically in the US and worldwide. If you have a destination in mind, reach out and it will be assessed.
International destinations (outside of the US) in active conflict zones or countries committing humanitarian crimes are not offered. I also decline any request where local laws or environments pose a direct threat to your identity or safety.
If a destination has not been visited personally, that is disclosed upfront. Research-based itineraries for destinations outside direct experience are available, and the depth of that research is taken seriously. You will always know what you are getting. In addition, as a certified travel advisor with Fora, I have access to an entire community of travel advisors who know the secret spots, best hotels, and more, around the world.
Yes, I do. Please email me directly - [email protected]
I make sure to only have three clients a month. The number is kept intentionally small so that every itinerary gets the level of care and research it requires. This is not a volume business. Spots fill up, especially around peak travel seasons.
